UN HUMAN RIGHTS CITY & STATE FACILITATORS/HUMAN RIGHTS DIRECTORS

The UN Human Right City & State Facilitator is an advocate who vigorously represents African Descendant interests in the United States  regarding  Political Identity, Indigenous Rights, National Identity and Human Rights .


We train  Human Rights Defenders and Monitors to monitor and encourage Human Rights processes to engage.

  • Federal Government, 
  • States or County Government,
  • ​Tribal Governments,
  • The United Nations,
  • International Court of Justice
  • Domestic lawyers, and government officials.
  • You will be able to articulate and effectuate the rule of law in human rights regarding, Democracy, Reparations and other remedies, Discrimination, Criminal Justice, Indigenous rights, Juvenile rights, Educational rights  and the just treatments of the offenders who are incarcerated.

Pre-requisites to become a City-State Facilitator/Human Rights Director

 You are encouraged to request information or register for the UN Human Rights Defender or UN Monitoring Certificate if you have the following credentials:


  • Criminal Justice Major BA. MA. PhD
  • Political Science Major, BA, MA, PhD
  • African American Studies, B.A.
  • Advanced Paralegal​s
  • Journalism, B.A
  • ​Advanced Paralegal,
  • ​*Activist [Equivalent and Good Writing skills]
  • ***Tribal governments, Civil Rights and Nationalist Organizations, Historically Black Colleges, Black City Councils

​Advanced Activists must have strong analytical and writing skills.
