The Afro-Descendant Institute of Human Rights is a Non-Governmental Organization Post Secondary College. We offer various Human Rights Certificate Courses, Events, Projects, Webinars and Books.
ADIHR has configured nine Human Rights courses and projects to master the applications of 21sr Century modern Reparative law.
These courses challenge the people of African Descendant to repair themselves through self- government and self-reliance.

The Human Rights City and State Facilitator/Human Rights Director curriculum identifies and addresses the human rights violations of War, treaties, and customary International Law through reparative measures
The Afro-Descendant Institute of Human Rights is a Non-Governmental Human Rights Institute based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Influential and experienced Political Science Professor with over eighteen years in experience of teaching at a collegiate level teaching with backgrounds in International Law, Criminal Justice, and Political Science.
Dr. Ansari founded the formerly known American Institute of Human Rights In 2009 as a research Institute and then formerly began teaching coursess and classes A published author and educator that strives to impart knowledge and promote learning from both inside and outside the classroom. Dedicated to the philosophy of education, utilizing various teaching methods to inspire students to think critically and objectively, pushing them to reach their highest potential and awareness of the world around them.
Dr. Ansari is the creator of the AD certified Human Rights Defender and 9 Human Rights Courses:
Dr. Ansari is an international Human Rights Lawyer and has worked on the Bosnian Genocide case, the Case of Imam Jamil Al- Amin, and was the lead lawyer in the Decolonization Request in the UN Decolonization Committee
He also trains Lawyers on the incorporation of international law into American Law by Webinars.
He personally trains the Committee Professor with the American Institute of Human Rights, which is currently facilitating the Confederation of AfroDescendants in the United States of America, as they seek a path to Self Determination via legal action, the UN and international laws.

Elaina Porter is certified Human Rights Defender and educator who partners with other original peoples and grassroots organizations to advance human rights in the United States. After spending three years researching International Human Rights law under the guidance of Dr. Mustafa Ansari and Attorney, Musa Dan Fodio, Elaina has been instrumental in introducing and disseminating information to the community. Elaina is the co-author of “The Process: From Civil Rights to Human Rights.”
Elaina researched and wrote memoranda on a variety of African Descendant, Indigenous, Tribal, Civil litigation, and Restorative matters. Also, she has assisted in developing a methodology for protection of African Descendants’ right to develop in the United States using International Human Rights, Refugee, Decolonization, and Humanitarian Law.
Elaina certified as a Human Rights Defender in December 2017.
